Health, particularly wellness, is a subject that most of us thought we know and understand, but the more one dives deeper and deliberately learns and practise wellness supported by HWH, one realises that we are embryos in terms of what there is to learn, understand and most importantly to practise. On this note, as we embark on a new cycle today, WHAT HEALTH INDICATORS ARE IMPORTANT TO TRACK, because some people only track the weight, for example, and ignore other health indicators which may be more important to track than just the weight?
